Ultra-Low Flush Toilet Rebate Program

Since August 2001, Pinellas County Utilities, in cooperation with the Southwest Florida Water Management District, has been offering rebates to customers who replace their high flow toilets with low flow 1.6 gallon units. The rebates are being offered to single family residential, multi-family residential and commercial customers.

Viewtech administers all facets of the toilet rebate program from verifying customer eligibility to issuing the rebate checks. Viewtech uses its own money to fund the rebate and invoices the County monthly for all dollars expended and all appropriate fees. Retrofitted toilets are picked up by Viewtech.

To date, approximately 39,000 toilets have been replaced, totaling over $3 million in rebates.
