Viewtech assisted Southern California Gas Company in processing a backlog of rebate applications. In less than two weeks, Viewtech completed the processing of approximately 3,300 rebate applications (approximately $455,000). Viewtech conducted initial quality control checks, research of inconsistent measures, contacted customers for missing information, data entry, and check issuance. In addition, Viewtech was able to quickly modify its existing rebate database design to accommodate the Southern California Gas Company application, capturing all data fields and having reports available.
