pioneered internet-based customer services
with the first internet energy bill analysis
offered through Central and South West
Utilities. With 25 years experience
performing over 1.5 million energy audits,
Viewtech converted its proprietary energy
audit software to operate on internet
servers. Despite the challenge of
significantly reducing and simplifying the
software’s data input--which was originally
designed for experienced energy
auditors—while maintaining accuracy,
Viewtech’s efforts resulted in a product
evaluated by the Electric Power Research
Institute (EPRI) receiving the highest
scores in User Interface, Accuracy (by two
rankings), and Reports and Recommendations,
against competing products. |
