Dynex Financial has established an E Seal Loan Center (Loan Center) to implement residential third-party financing programs on behalf of leading E Seal participating utilities nationwide.

Eligible improvements include central heating and cooling systems and related improvements (Duct improvements, insulation, replacement windows and doors, programmable thermostats, electric air cleaners, water heaters, etc.)

Eligible borrowers are home owners of one to four unit properties. Condominiums, vacation homes and rental properties are eligible if the owner is the borrower.

Program Goals: A primary goal of typical utility-sponsored third-party financing programs is to provide single-family residential customers with a loan product that encourages the quality installation of an high-efficiency system replacement when their customers' primary heating and/or cooling system becomes inoperable. Utilities are finding that offering financing is more cost-effective than offering rebates.
