How HomeVIEW™ Works:

Your residential customers visit your homepage and select "home bill analysis." The customer answers questions about their lifestyle and home features, selects a weather zone, and keystrokes twelve (12) months of billing data. As an option, Viewtech can maintain a database of customer consumption so the customer only has to enter his/her account number.

Once the Internet survey is complete, customers receive a report with up to forty-one (41) energy end-uses with money-savings recommendations while on-line. After reviewing the results, customers can change their survey responses and consider "what if" scenarios. Reports can be printed or saved as HTML files.

HomeVIEW™ Energy Bill Analysis balances actual consumption with disaggregated estimates using a proprietary algorithm consistent with industry standards and references established by the ASHRAE, DOE, AHAM, ARI and others.

Once HomeVIEW™ is linked to your website, you can choose to mail your customers a printed survey and invite them to complete and return the survey by mail … or visit your website to enter the information themselves and receive the audit right away.

Your key allies – HVAC contractors, weatherization agencies, etc. – can choose to offer on-site audit data collection, input data through your website, and present customers with a "hard copy" of the Internet audit results – without added expense or involvement for you!

Best of all, you’ll have a common program tracking mechanism – the Internet – regardless of the data collection channel – homepage, mail, telephone or on-site.

Turnkey Service

Viewtech offers HomeVIEW™ as a turnkey program management service for a modest start-up fee and a fixed monthly management fee regardless of transaction volume. Our fees include: service customization with your graphics, software and hardware maintenance, telecommunication service, data tracking reports and a hyperlink to your homepage.
