Saving energy in your home is one of the easiest things you can do to protect the earth. The answers you provide to this questionnaire will be saved for your future use if you return here on other occasions. It may be convenient to print out the questions before completing the survey.

By analyzing your answers to this questionnaire, we will provide you with a customized report detailing where you are using energy in your home, and recommendations for how to save both energy and money!
