Viewtech developed and maintained an Internet version of Viewtech’s HomeVIEW™ for Lodi Electric.   Lodi’s customers could request a mailback survey form be sent to them that they completed and returned to the Lodi auditors.   The auditors input the data on-line and sent a personalized report to the customer.
