Services:
Our team of rebate
professionals includes customer service
representatives (“CSRs”), inspectors and
disposal drivers. CSRs process applications,
provide customer service support to utility
customers, and schedule appointments for
inspections and pickup of old products.
Inspectors perform visual inspections on all
rebated products, collect data, and verify
installation. All
field personnel are carefully screened and
extensively trained in order to provide the
highest quality of service to you and your
customers.
Viewtech uses a proprietary
software system – Viewtech Rebate System (“VRS”)
– to track all program applications and
on-site verifications, issue rebate checks,
and generate invoices and real-time management
reports. Using the latest technology, this
fully scalable, web-based Extranet system
integrates all of the customer participation,
accounting, and program management components
of the rebate program. VRS also includes a
comprehensive database providing statistics
that are updated immediately upon data entry.
Rebate Disbursement Control:
The importance of maintaining
the financial integrity of a Rebate Program
cannot be overstated. Viewtech uses the most
advanced accounting controls to detect and
prevent misuse of rebates by participants.
Since the rebate program's inception, Viewtech
has compiled a record of outstanding accuracy.
Our control system has been proven to detect
duplicate rebates, receipts altered and
duplicated, falsification of purchase process,
and ineligible customers. All rebate checks
are processed at a central office for the
different satellite rebate offices. This
allows for separation of duties, thus further
protecting the integrity of the program.
